Change management is an evolution of successive dependencies. We use both Waterfall and SCRUM to chart the best course possible.

We set our priorities with stages to maintain clarity and direction using Waterfall.

Implementing the SCRUM framework allows for adjustments along the way. We also incorporate feedback and iteration.
